Inhabit the Heart is an invitation to let go- of the striving, of the ‘figuring it out’, of the search for something else. It is an invitation to land right here, right now, exactly as you are.

There is nothing to change, nothing to fix, and no need to be anything special.

What is here for you is the discovery of what happens when you land completely, when you let go of the space between your perceived self and this moment, and allow for an effortless intimacy and immediacy of experience.

To be human means we are usually skilled at holding on and less skilled at letting go, even when holding on brings us anxiety, conflict and divisiveness- in other words, suffering.

Mindfulness offers us a way to cultivate skills that reduce this suffering. We can train our attention systematically and diligently, until we are no longer ‘doing mindfulness’ but experience mindfulness ‘doing us’. We develop concentration, sensory clarity and equanimity. We discover a quality of contentment in the moment that is independent of conditions.

There are many traditions and paths of mindfulness, both spiritual and secular. Inhabit the Heart is a culmination of what I have explored and discovered in my personal practice and in guiding, coaching and teaching many people over several years. It will continue to evolve through the insights of all those who gather together here to practice.
